Job Description

Clark/Sullivan Construction (C/S) is currently looking to hire a full-time Project Coordinator to join our office team in Roseville, CA. C/S is a multi-state commercial general contractor firm who works on projects that range from highly-complex renovations to brand new ground-up facilities in the healthcare, education and civic markets. If you’re someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced industry and learning from a team of highly-skilled and motivated individuals, this could be the perfect job for you!

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Provide Administrative support for Project Manager and field team in document control and file management
  • Coordinate preparation of all subcontracts and change orders on active projects
  • Manage all subcontract and change order documents through ProjectSight and DocuSign software
  • Assist in project budget tracking and document control in ProjectSight software, which includes; opening of new project, maintain project directory, subcontracts and change orders.
  • Manage and track all Certified Payroll records weekly for assigned projects through LCP Tracker software
  • Managing Skilled and Trained Workforce compliance and submit monthly report on applicable projects
  • Assist in miscellaneous office tasks such as scanning, compiling and uploading/storing documents electronically and any other office tasks as assigned
Experience Requirements
  • 2 Years' Experience in Construction, Engineering, or Architecture Preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Maintain effective and professional relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, Project Management and office staff
  • Commitment to honesty, integrity and quality of work
  • Must be detail orientated and able to multi-task and prioritize important tasks continuously
  • Experience with Box or other web-based file storage solutions
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word
  • Experience with Bluebeam Software Preferred
  • Must possess valid unrestricted California Driver’s license
  • Must Be Able to Pass a Criminal Background Check and a Drug Test
